On International Womens Day a team of 5 Microsoft ladies will be cycling 100 miles each to raise vital funds for Smart Works.

Smart Works is a UK charity that coaches unemployed women back into employment. They give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and transform their lives. In the last year, 62% got a job within a month of their appointment.

We will be pedaling for a purpose and would appreciate every pound you are able to give to support this brilliant charity & Microsoft will match fund pound for pound!
