Jenny , Izi and I are undertaking the cold water synchronised swim . We have never done synchronised swimming before ....never mind in the cold water . It is hoped to be the largest ever synchronised swim with over 300 swimmers . We will wear yellow and blue hats and i think they are hoping that we look a bit like the Ukrainian Flag
