Totally inspired by several brave girls at school who have had their hair cut and donated it to the Little Princess Trust and hearing even braver stories about children who have lost their hair due to treatment for cancer, Izzy has decided that she would like to raise as much money as she can and ask for your donations towards her own sponsored hair cut. 

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs for children suffering from hair loss due to cancer treatment, alopecia and leukaemia. They provide these wigs to the children that need them for free however, a single wig can cost the charity £350-£500 so to be able to provide them with Izzy's hair and also some fund raising monies would be amazing, we are so proud that Izzy has chosen to do this completely by herself and she is so pleased that she is able to help. 

The Little Princess Trust needs hair donations to be 12 inches long, so Izzy is hanging on in there until her pony tail is long enough for the big chop, but in the meantime, I have created this page for her to start raising money and to get further encouragement that what she is doing is a pretty amazing thing for a seven year old to do. 

We hope that her hair will be long enough by February half term, so please sponsor Izzy for her Big Chop and send any words of encouragement you like - Rob and I are super proud of our little girl and are apprehensively excited about her new hairstyle!!
