10 years ago Johnnie’s Step-father, Christopher, set up a school in Ghana, which has since contributed to the education of over 700 students in the rural region of Kumasi. 

It began with a basic school and through further funding has expanded to allow for a girls boarding house that offers safety and comfort. Alongside this, a range of other initiatives such as an onsite farm, catering facilities and advanced learning equipment, have been developed offering a life changing educational experience. 

The funding from this cycle will contribute to the building of a male boarding house, which again, will further help to offer sanctuary and security to those students.
