This September, I am taking part in the 35 Days Strong challenge to support ActionAid! I will be following a daily exercise plan and working towards achieving 35 press ups in a row by day 35! Did you know that 35% of all women experience some form of violence at least once in their lifetime? That is 1 in 3 women!
