Story

The Challenge will require all team members to Cycle from London to Paris which is 471KM (c.300 miles) over 4 days (117KM's per day)

We are a mixed bag when it comes to our cycling achievements and abilities (from beginners to hard-core). We have all started our training in preparation for the main event in July and have the scars and the saddle sores to prove it :)

Most of the team have witnessed the impact that dementia can have on friends & loved ones either directly or indirectly (when caring for others) and we are determined to complete the challenge as a team and raise awareness & funding for a very worthy charity.

Please read updates below for all of the team members individual reasons for completing the challenge and view the photo gallery to meet the team.

Alzheimer's Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Thank-you for your support
