I am supporting Open Door charity on their mission to give mental health support for young people.

Open Door is one of Merseyside’s most dynamic and progressive independent charities, committed to shaping change in Mental Health.

Based in Birkenhead, they deliver a holistic and creative programme of services that support the wellbeing and mental health of young people and families, using innovation, arts and culture as a catalyst for change. 

All their opportunities and services are free of charge and they have no waiting lists for any of their experiences; they are committed to providing free, fast and effective mental health support at the point that people need it most to ultimately save lives. 

In the last year they have supported over 1,000 young adults across Merseyside and across the country. 

- Free and immediate support for those who need it most 

- 97% of their members said they’d be worse off without Open Door 

- 100% of their members would recommend Open Door to a friend 

- Over 5,000 members of the public engaged in art, music
and culture at their home Bloom Building, Birkenhead throughout 2021
