Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC) is one of the most trusted nonprofit groups working to serve the most needy in our community. They foster hope and facilitate safety, stability, and empowerment among some of the most vulnerable people in our community through human services programs and by providing opportunities for people to experience the joy of serving others locally.
