We are participating in a Fright Hike... a 30km trek in the dark at halloween for The Eve Appeal which is a Charity for Women's Cancers with funds ground breaking research. Every day 50 women will be diagnosed with gynaecological cancer and 20 will die. We are walking in memory of the beautiful, courageous and caring Shel Frost who has touched so many hearts across this earth but sadly left us destined for greater things.
