Pretty simple really. I spent a lot of my formative years with Si - from a ski season, to living as housemates, to living across the world in Australia. 

Recently Si was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease,  a rare life llimiting disease with no obvious treatment. I'm cycling this May to raise money for MND Association, to further treatment research & to help families like Si's get through troubling times.

Am very proud to call him my best mate and want all the best for him and to raise as much as I can to help figure this out.
