I am taking part in Maggie's dip a day in May, I am swimming in the sea every day this month!  I have seen first hand the incredible support Maggie's centres offer to cancer patients at the time of their diagnosis and treatment and beyond. The sea is a balmy 10 degrees,  please support this wonderful cause. 

I have been inspired by and am doing this alongside the wonderful bay fitness flippers!
