So when you think about it....that’s the point of living to create memories!

For them memories to be taken away from us, and to have no control of how we live and think is heartbreaking.

Young or old we have all experienced someone with mental health issues, depression, ALZHEIMERS,Parkinson , stress, and all forms dementia ....it affects us all so we ALL need to play our part.

That’s why we are hosting our 3rd J7
Community health centre charity boxing event to raise money for MIND. We believe all mental health matters and needs attention, help and more awareness.

All donations will be appreciated in levels words can’t describe. All the community have changed me out to support and donate for the event. This will be our biggest one to date and will surely be the biggest fund raiser.

Come down and cheer on all 10 fights that will all be very challenging but NOT THUGGISH.
