Story
Men's mental health in the UK is at a crisis point, and organisations such as Movember are doing their utmost to try and tackle this. That's why I'm planning on doing an ultra marathon event to raise money for Movember, which consists of running a lap of Burrator Reservoir (and a bit extra) on the hour every hour, for 24 hours to reach my goal of 100 miles.
Almost, if not every day, is a hardship for someone who struggles with their mental health, so I figured a day of physical hardship to represent this struggle would be the least I could do. And for such an important cause, it'll be well worth the pain at the end of it.
It will take place on the 31st of July until the 1st of August, beginning at midday on the 31st and ending at midday on the 1st. Anyone of course is welcome to join me for as many laps as they wish! My awesome brother in law has offered to be my support for the duration, so thank you Tom for that.
It would be amazing if you could donate, no matter how big or small the donation is. Thank you!
