The Bridge Charity works to provide for investigation and innovation in special education. Money raised through the charity also helps to develop resources across The Bridge Trust, which cannot be funded within conventional school funding formulas.

Story

Dear viewers,

This summer we are embarking on an adventure to Edinburgh from our humble home town of Woodbridge. The journey is approximately 450  miles and will take us 5 days in the saddle; our first real challenge.

Of course, the journey is not just for fun, but for a great cause too. Thus, we have chosen the Bridge school as our charity of choice. The Bridge is a school for severely and profoundly disabled, yet wonderful, children in London. Our school has an extraordinary connection with the Bridge school and seeming as we have both seen the benefits the school reaps as a result of previous charity events, we decided we'd like to contribute.

Your money will be going directly to improving specialist equipment, hiring vital teaching staff and providing the inspiring children with facilities that help to create a great atmosphere.

We are two boys in our last year of Woodbridge school who enjoy a good adventure and felt it would be great to leave on a memorable note! Anything you can give would be amazing and would make an enormous difference to the way the children enjoy their time at school.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.

Thank you for your time.

Jack Grant and Ben Spence.
