Story

I was diagnosed with psoriatic Arthritis just over a year ago but my first symptoms started nearly 5 years ago. I went from a pretty active normal guy that worked hard and supplied for his family to being pretty useless and was told that I’d never run again. This was a pretty dark time for me but this disease should be far better known to the public. It crippled me for 4 years without anyone being able to tell me what it is.

Since being signed off on some pretty great drugs I now have full use of my legs! I can run, cycle and move normally! This has been an absolute blessing but the awareness of this disease is non existent. My employer has made me feel like I’ve made up the pain in many cases and I’ve been seen as a hypochondriac by my boss. This isn’t necessarily there fault as it’s just not known of.

Anyway on my 30th Birthday I will completing 100 miles on my bike which would have been a sick joke 1 year ago so please give generously!
