It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

I am Jack Clague, I am 10 years of age and I live in Conwy. I am going to walk up Snowdon mountain  on Saturday the 3rd August 2019, to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK, in memory of Geoff Isaacs.

Since the age of 2 I have traveled to Goodison Park with Geoff and my Taid (Bob) we all sat in the Gladys Street and watched Everton play football. Every home game for the last few years Geoff and I used to have a little bet on who would win the game. Geoff recently became unwell and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Geoff had been undergoing chemotherapy but sadly passed away on the 8th June 2019.

Geoff has been a massive part of my life, from watching me play football to watching my first boxing match. I want to raise money so that more research can be done in to Pancreatic Cancer and I know Geoff would be really proud of me this is my way of saying cheers Geoff.
