London Cardiff 24 · 10 June 2016 to 11 June 2016 ·

Enham Trust is a disability charity that has been supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life for 100 years. Everything we do centres around supporting disabled people to live a full life, with opportunities to participate in many of the things we take for granted.

Story

Our team will be enduring the London Cardiff 24 on 10th June; running 160 miles using only OS maps and compasses to navigate from Twickenham to Cardiff in 24 hours in order to raise money for a great local charity, Enham Trust, who work with disabled people, helping them to "live the life they choose". We want to support the Charity, their staff, and the families who face difficult charities every day.
