Once again I am taking part in a cycle trip across Mallorca to help raise money for Teens Unite. I was privileged enough to meet one of the young people this worthwhile charity helps.

Speaking to her was a real inspiration and made me realise how by just giving up my time and the donations from others can help make such a difference in a young persons life at such a difficult time. The young lady I spoke to said how the charity made her feel like she was not alone and helped put her in touch with other young people that were going through the same thing. She spoke of how the events run by the charity helped her to live a normal teenage life, and gave her some normality for a short time away from treatment.

The donations you make no matter how small can help put a smile on someones face. So, this year I am aiming to raise at least £1000. 

So please donate as much as you can, giving up one luxury to make a donation can
make a massive difference to an individual going through a bad time.
