As you may know, I lost my brother Hugh to diabetes in 2017. Initially i was going to cycle the Prudential Ride London event on the 16th August 2020 raising money for Diabetes UK. However the event was cancelled and so i cycled 225km from my home in Bristol to my family home Pembroke on the 22nd of August 2020.

I didn't have a single moment where i didn't think that i could do it and all of those who have supported me made it possible. My memory of Hugh kept me going though training and the ride.

My family and I would be so grateful if you could donate  to this important charity, so both you and I can be part of the fight against this disease and remember Hugh.
