I'm helping raise money for Bipolar UK to help empower individuals across the UK to live well and fulfil their potential.

Bipolar is close to my families heart and affects 3 million people in the UK, that's one in fifty people. It can increase an individual's risk of suicide by up to 20 times and takes an average of 9 years to recieve a diagnosis. 

Bipolar affects not only the individual, but their family and friends. Many people are unable to find the right help due to long waiting lists and limited local funding.

Bipolar UK helps by providing peer support groups and one to one support facilitated by trained and supported volunteers.
