Loch Ness 22.2 Mile Swim · 27 July 2019

Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and I really appreciate whatever you can give.

I will be the only person attempting to Solo Swim Loch Clunie in Perthshire - Swimming a total of 18 Laps of the Lake - this will equate to 14 hours in the water and a total of 36km - a longer distance than the English Channel.

I am doing this to raise money for a great cause - Aspire Spinal injury support who are doing great work for a vast array of people up and down the country.

Thank you for your support, in whatever way you can contribute, I really appreciate it.

J.
