I'd like to raise some money towards Refugee Action, a UK charity which supports a host of different projects and campaigns to help improve the lives of refugees. This is needed more than ever after another summer of hostility from our mainstream press on those in dire need of help and support. 

Yesterday, I ran 49km around the Swiss Alps which took me 9 hours and 29 minutes climbing over 3000m in elevation. It was great fun and a real challenge. You can see how I got in here:
