I am Jack. I am Autistic. During lockdown, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been making the most of daily exercise and walking outdoors everyday. I have decided to train to run 5km. I have started to run but find I need my inhaler and lots of encouragement. Three weeks ago I had a seizure and was taken to hospital. I was looked after very well by the staff and they were very kind. I would like to raise money to support our local hospital while completing my personal challenge.
