Story
Hi everyone!
I'm running the London Marathon in April and fundraising for the RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People). For over 150 years, the charity has brought practical help to those experiencing sight loss, allowing them to live a happier and more independent life.
My great Uncle Patrick had sight loss and the RNIB made his life so much easier. They provided him with recordings of newspapers, day-to-day life hacks (like bright stickers on important switches and buttons) and other gizmos and gadgets.
I'd really appreciate your generous support. Have a read below of the difference your donation could make. Thanks so much -- Jack
Every day, 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. Too many still face isolation and depression, unable to achieve their potential in a world that blocks their way. RNIB wont stop until every last psychological and physical barrier has gone for good. With your help, RNIB can be there when people need them most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you donate is helping create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
