I am taking part in a charity white collar boxing event, raising money for Adored - SCIO on Sunday 24th March at The Normandy Hotel. 

I’ve chose Adored as my charity because this charity has a very special place in my heart. Adored was set up in memory of my friend Alex Lindsay who tragically took his own life in 2018. 

Adored’s focus is to help young men struggling with mental illness. The charity work closely with No Limits Coaching, who offer a wide variety of help like; cold water exposure, breathing work and most importantly talking and listening.

Loosing Alex was a very hard thing to overcome for us all. Please get behind Adored and support the amazing work they are doing to save life’s.
