I will be competing at this years Ultra MMA event in Birmingham. 
I am allowed to choose one charity and have chosen Tough Enough To Care.
A charity built around mental health, they have helped many people get through the darkest of times. I personally had to use them recently, and they gave me the best support I could have asked for, attending their support groups and hearing other people’s journeys helped me out of my lowest place. This is a charity I hold very close and hope to raise money to allow them to support more people.
