At the end of May I am cycling 500 miles from Madrid to Lisbon with my brother Edward and brother in-law Nick as part of the CBRE charity bike ride. The first couple of days look to be pretty mountainous with some long climbs however will hopefully then be down hill for last couple of days!

I am looking to raise as much money as possible for Sparkes Home Sri Lanka. This is a girls orphanage that was set up by my mother and aunt following the Tsunami in December 2004 and now looks after around 40 girls providing both education and a family environment for them to grow up in.
