Raleigh International aims to provide long lasting sustainable growth in developing countries. The charity places worth in working with young people in existing communities to provide access to safe water and sanitation, help deliver jobs, provide skills training and employment opportunities for young people, empower younger generations to manage natural resources effectively. Through helping advance communities in these key areas, Raleigh aims to help to tackle global challenges and achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.  

Through the expeditions that Raleigh International run, they teach young people first-hand about the huge inequalities in the world and enlighten about the huge environmental impact we’re having. 

As the biggest youth generation ever, young people play an essential role in delivering the aims of Raleigh International. With young volunteers from across the globe working side-by-side in developing communities, Raleigh aims to empower the youth generation to enact tangible, progressive change in their own societies without compromising ability of future generations to also meet their needs.
