I am running the Leeds 10k for the Motor Neurone Disease Association this year on July 20th in memory of Ian Betteridge, a close family friend, who sadly passed away due to the disease just before christmas after battling against it bravely for 5 years. I am trying to raise as much as I can for the charity to increase awareness of this terrible disease which as yet has no cure.
