I will be running in loving memory of my friend Jacob who tragically took his own life in September 2019. 

I made a promise I would fundraise for Guernsey Mind considering the incredible work they continue do for the community. I hope to raise awareness towards issues surrounding mental health and to assist in promoting positive mental wellbeing.

Guernsey Mind are a charity very close to my heart and so any donation, however small, will be hugely appreciated and will go a long way in helping them achieve positivity, togetherness and openness on the island.

Men are four or five times more likely to commit suicide than women. Together we can break the stigma and encourage conversations in relation to male suicide #StopMaleSuicide
