Jack's Big Camp Out page

Jack's Big Camp Out · 27 March 2021
Hello my name is Jack and I am 9 years old.
I am camping out in a tent in my garden to raise vital funds for Forget Me Not Children's Hospice in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
This charity is very close to my heart as they have helped my family in a really difficult time. Back in December we lost my baby brother, Myles to a heart condition.
He was very poorly from birth and fought a hard battle for 19 months. But sadly in December he lost this fight.
My family are very grateful for all that the hospice did for us and continue to do for many other people in such a hard and difficult circumstances.
I am therefore taking part in this challenge in memory of Myles and to say a huge thank you to all of those that helped him and my family.
Forget Me Not Children's Hospice care for children with a life shortening condition and their families, providing services such as hospice at home, crisis care, bereavement support and end of life care.
Thank you for reading my page and hope you can give as little or as much as possible to this wonderful charity.
Love Jack <3
