Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are doing this as a team in memory of a dear husband, father, son, brother and friend. At the young age of 34, Nigel Armstrong was sadly taken away from us by heart disease. He had no symptoms and we were unaware he had any problems with his heart or blood pressure. He left behind a loving family, and his son Jack, two years old at the time. It was devastating and took along time to be able to put one foot in front of the other to move forward with our lives. Now that Jack is old enough to take part in a BHF Event, we thought it was about time we helped in the fight against heart disease. At the same time, we feel it's a fitting tribute to Nigel.

It would be great to raise as much money as possible to  prevent heart disease and stop other families going through similar tragic circumstances. Please help us to do this, you may have known Nigel or just want to support the cause. We are grateful for however much you donate - thank you!
