I have hiked many of the mountains in the Lake District and explored all of its waters. I want to experience it in a different way by hiking up one of the most iconic mountains in the Lake District, Helvellyn, bare foot.

I decided to link this up with the charitble event "bare your sole" which has emphasis on mental health organisations and the work they do to provide a crucial service to those needing help. Exploring these mountains is how i keep my own mental health in check but not everyone is able to take off into the mountains to clear their mind which is where MIND steps in.
