Story

In the early hours of Sunday 28th October our brave Mum and Wife Jackie lost her 5 year battle with bowel cancer. She fought until the very end with strength and dignity beyond words.

Her husband John, son Paul, daughter Katie & husband Jack, son Michael and his wife Lara would like to thank everyone for their help and support in these very difficult times.With special thanks to the nurses from both Marie Curie and St Peters Hospice, who between them made her final moments as peaceful and pain free as they possibly could.

For anyone who knew our Mum and would like to celebrate her life, the funeral will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium on Friday November 9th from 1-2pm and the wake from 2.30-6 at Downend Cricket Club followed by an open house at our family home for the rest of the evening.
Flowers are very welcome at the funeral however we kindly request that they are not of a religious nature.

Jackie was a lady who touched so many people's lives and we would like everyone to know how proud we are of her for standing up to cancer in the courageous way that she did.
She was a remarkable lady who will be missed by so many people.
Always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts, we love you x
