I am going to run the length of a marathon in stages over March. I am doing this to support the great work of Mind in Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster. They are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem gets the support they need to recover. 

They listen to those in need, support recovery and work with partners to take action. They are an independent charity, who provide vital support services, talking therapies and support in schools.
