Well it's that time of year again when I put on my walking shoes and take part in the Starlight walk in Norwich. I really enjoyed the walk last year and have managed to rope several other mums from up the kids' school to take part as well this year so it should be even more fun.

It's now well over a year since I lost my mum and yet not one day goes by when I don't think of her. We still talk about her a lot and on our recent holiday Lara even said she could see nanny up on the clouds out of the plane window!

Macmillan helped my family through some difficult times towards the end of mum's life and they do such a fantastic job I hope you'll dig deep and help me to raise as much money as possible for this worthwhile cause.
