Having lost 35lb walking last summer I have challenged myself to walk 1.5 million steps by Easter Sunday to raise £500 for The Fragile X Society and hopefully lose another 10lb to reach my weight loss goal. Fragile X Syndrome has impacted my family and this is also a personal challenge for me as I suffer with tendonitis in both Achilles tendons that flares up during the winter and after prolonged walking so I may need to take a day off here and there! Also just to make it a bit more of a challenge I’m doing DRY JANUARY!!!

You can follow me on Instagram to see my progress @fragilexmum and please donate what you can, every penny counts! Love & Hugs Jackie xxx
