Its our third year of running Race for Life but all of a sudden it's a lot more meaningful as we are doing it memory of our beautiful Mum/Nanny who unfortunately lost her battle with Mesothelioma in October 2014. It is vital to keep doing fundraising events to raise money that leads to research and development as well as training in order to improve treatments and diagnosis. It took a long time for Nanny to be diagnosed and hopefully somebody else could be waiting a shorter time in the future.
