The Royal Miles in May · 1 May 2023 to 31 May 2023 ·

This virtual challenge is to celebrate the King's coronation and raise funds for Royal British Legion Industries. Participants will challenge themselves to walk, run, row, wheel or engage in physical activity for 3 miles every day in May.

Story

I am taking on RBLI's Coronation Challenge this May and fundraising for a cause which is truly important. With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide lifelong care and support veterans from every service and conflict, their families, and those with disabilities. Some of you may know I broke my fibula and tibia in my leg when I was 9 Years old, It never healed correctly and causes me pain when I walk for extended periods of time, so for me this is a challenge but one to keep me motivated and to help with my fitness journey. I will be tracking my miles on my Fitbit and updating my progress weekly so check back to see how I am doing. A few pounds can quickly mount up and help fund things like PTSD treatment for a person in need, a day out for an elderly veteran, a helpline for vulnerable people, a safe roof overhead, access to work and overall support. Please help me to raise much-needed funds for this incredible cause.
