Jack Roots passed away in his ninetieth year on Sunday 3rd February, 2013. He was loved dearly by his family who have chosen the SWTKF as an alternative to flowers. Jack supported this charity after his daughter received the gift of life from a kidney transplant at St. Helier hospital in 1999.
