Story

Restless Development is a charity that works in 74 countries across Africa and Asia to change the lives of those who are in need.

In June 2022, I will be climbing the Morocco High Atlas Mountains. The High Atlas Mountains reach 4,167m - my highest is currently Snowdon at 1,085m - which means this will be challenging as that was very scary and quite honestly high enough for me.

I am doing this to raise funds to support young leaders in Africa and Asia to take on the greatest challenges they face. The money I raise will go to Restless Development to ensure they continue to provide vital international support.

There will be approx. 30 hours of walking over 6 days for a 50km trek - over rocky terrain and varying hot and cold temperatures, sleeping in tents. I am getting worn out just reading that, so this will be a physical challenge as well.

I'm looking forward to being able to challenge myself physically and mentally for a good cause and to see some amazing landscapes in North Africa.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my page and donating anything you can - the money will be used to help organise challenging treks like this for young people in developed countries, and also providing life changing support for those in developing countries, so everyone wins!
