Alive and Kicking are a great charity with an important mission of Make, Play, Live.

They MAKE sustainable footballs in Kenya and Zambia.

They PLAY football and use the game to provide vital health education for young people.

They help people to LIVE in security with ethical jobs for adults.

I'm aiming to beat last year's time of 1:58:41 and maybe this year I'll even smile for the camera.... but only if you donate! :)
