My name is Jacob, and I am 13 years old. I grew up in London and was in fact born in St Georges's hospital. I have a younger brother who was cared for in the neonatal ward. My grandmothers have their health appointments at St George’s. My Great-Auntie recently passed away at St George’s and she spent her last few weeks in hospital. They have received amazing care from the St George’s staff. I'm very fond of football so when I have injuries I come to this hospital. I've actually broken my arm over 5 times just because of football! I want to raise money because St George’s is a fantastic hospital that has saved many lives and donating a little money could really help them. There is a big community in the hospital, and I want to be a part of that by giving a special something. I also want to do this because it will be fun to take on a personal challenge. I would like to show some thanks and appreciation to St George's for how they have cared for me, my family, and my friends because I think it’s amazing.
