SO why are you here? 

TLDR: I need your money for an incredibly important charity called Shelter. I will run 26.2 miles for this. I will struggle.

Extended cut: In a world where housing costs are quickly going stratospheric, Shelter's work has never been more important and I am running to raise money for them!

Shelter stands up for the 64% of us who don't own a home outright. They work for renters, the homeless and even those with mortgages, to help those under threat of not having a home. They work to protect families at a time when 1 in 3 people spend over half their household income on rent alone! And they work to change lives through things like banning revenge evictions, or providing free advice to those in need.

This is why I am raising money to support them. And the way I am doing this, is by putting myself through pain for your enjoyment.

I will be running my first ever marathon.

I have not done this before.

I will struggle.

And for every £1 you give me, my employer will match it, so your donation gets doubled! What a deal.
