Scott's life was tragically cut short at the age of 26 in March 2014 as a result of knife crime. Knife crime affects more lives than many people could imagine: family and friends of the victim, police officers and paramedics who attended the scene, the local community and many more.

In memory of Scott his family and friends are raising funds for Hemel Hempstead based charity Billy's Wish by doing and charity bike ride on 7th of May 2016. Starting in Digswell, riding through Tewin, Burnham Green, Datchworth, Woolmer Green, Mardley Hill, Welwyn and finishing in Welwyn Garden City.
