Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As a company, it has always been important to Jacobs Steel that we are able to give back to our communities and charities. At the beginning of 2020 we launched an internal campaign and set ourselves the goal of raising £20,000 for charitable causes within the year.

As part of this scheme, we are encouraging our staff to get on board and take part in fundraising events that mean something to them.

The five that have signed up for this event were all excited to be presented with the opportunity to abseil (all except Nichola who is afraid of heights!) and as most of them or their co-workers have children of their own, the cause means that much more.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
