I've had a lovely life and been blessed with many opportunities. I have worked abroad, met many interesting people from all cultures. I have two amazing daughters who have achieved so much and I am very proud of them.

Now is the time for me to give something back!

I will find this a physically and emotionally challenging adventure and at the same time, manage to raise lots of money for a really worthwhile charity - CAFT!

So please help me to give these children as much help as possible. By sponsoring me, I will be able to improve the quality of these childrens' lives, help them recognise their potential and give them something to aim for - giving them hope.
