On the 17th of July 2014 my friend Alison lost her beautifull sister Fiona.  This devasted her family and many many friends.  I am running the GNR in memory of Fiona but also because The British Heart Foundation was a very important charity to Fiona.  It's a long time since i last did the GNR and a lot less fit, but i'm determined to raise as much money as possible to help the life saving work this special charity does.  Please find it in your hearts to give something to this important cause.
