My 11,111.11 challenge · 11 August 2020

We are a small volunteer led charity, rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming equines, mainly from the Welsh Commons. We castrate colts & stallions to promote breeding controls, reduce fighting amongst the herds, we rescue orphan foals, ponies in poor condition and attend RTCs.

Story

Can you help me raise some funds for the Welsh Pony Rescue & Rehoming Charitable Trust which is a small charity run by just a few amazing, hardworking individuals that go out on the commons to feed and rescue in all weather conditions regardless of how harsh the weather.  They had a hard winter caring and feeding the 80 ponies that they have in their care as well as feeding those out suffering on the common. I have visited this charity a number of times and have 12 of their lovely ponies and I would like to help them to raise some much needed funds. They help horses mainly from the Welsh Commons, but also many that are unwanted & suffering due to abandonment or a change of circumstances of the owner, they are volunteer led, so all their funds go to the ponies in their care.Their ethos is that every life is precious, so they often take the unwanted colts and stallions, castrate them and find them a forever, loving home. Starting today I pledge to walk one million steps in 90 days, thats an average of 11,111.11. my current average is only 5,000 so this will be a good reason for me to move more as well and maybe take a few ponies for a walk with me.
