Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

In order to raise funds for their vital work, I will be taking part in the Thames Bridge Trek in September.  With a group of colleagues I'll be walking 25km across 16 of London's bridges.

Many families are affected by dementia, mine is no exception, so I really wanted to raise some funds to help Alzheimer's Society to continue their important work.
